DRAC 5 BIOS configuration stuck on DEDICATED (read only field)
In the manual this should changeable to shared, etc.
Why is it stuck on dedicated?

My BMC is 2.5.0, my BIOS is 1.5.2, my DRAC is 1.6.0.
My BMC says LAN disabled., I don't know if that has anythign to do with it.

First, are you logged in with the root/calvin account in the DRAC? Also, what settings are on NIC1 in the BIOS? I know your DRAC is out of date a little bit, and reflashing it will often fix odd issues with configuration, so give that a shot first.

I was just notified that it's not a bug, but a FEATURE of the latest firmware. It becomes a dedicated IPMI port when updated to 1.6.5

Here is the response:
"Hi Frank,
I just got back from the Lab and the DRAC5 card worked as designed.
This means the DRAC5 is a dedicated add on card to the server and will need to have the dedicated port to work.
The BMC will work in the shared mode but you will not have the Console option if you use that.
I cannot tell you if the server was using the BMC or DRAC5 before you updated it but it looks like the DRAC5 is OK.
Please let me know your thoughts and see if you have any other T300 with the DRAC 5 that is working in shared mode and please let me know.
If we cannot resolve this I can escalate this issue on Monday.
Thank you for your assistance.
