DRAC 5 Popup with No Signal

Question

Well I have serveral 2970 and 2950 servers with DRAC 5's in them, one server (2950) when I tried to connect via the console from the DRAC OM site would give me the popup with the green screen that said 'No Signal'.  When I goto other servers the console opens a popup window with the video redirct just fine.  I did upgrade to the 1.32 FW, no joy.  SA is install correctly on all the servers yet this server will not allow console redirect from DRAC.

What I have found out is, if the server has any other video card or driver other than the driver for the 2950 server onboard video, then the video output will fail.
