DVDRW problem!
HELLO!
I have Dell T7600 and my problem is PLDS DVD+-RW DS-8A9SH. My DVD can't read any CD or DVD anymore. Cleaning not helped. Maybe is time to change him.

It is likely time to replace it. Lasers in any DVD/CD ROM/burner/player only last so long, and the T7600 was introduced in 2012.
One last ditch effort to save though it won't fix if it's the laser: With a known working DVD/CD in it - Device Manager > Update Hardware.

Its hard to find DVD in same color.
