Dell Open manager 1311 blank screen

Hi Thank you very much for the replay,

I have checked with the IP as well, no luck. same screen is coming in.

Even I have added the IP to the trusted sites of the browser, same screen.

The first thing I would try is to connecting using the IP, instead of the server name. If you can successfully connect via IP then I would look into an issue with the DNS configuration. Another thing to do is to add the site to the Trusted Sites list on the browser. Also, are you seeing any certificate pop ups?

Let me know what you see.

What is the browser you are using?

Is the server IP currently pingable? Also, verify that the OMSA services on the server are running, they will be labeled starting with DSM.

I am trying to run omreport chassis or any omreport command its not working.

When I check the status i found this o/p. Please suggest any solution for it.
