Deploy Dell BIOS Update via SCUP w/ BIOS Password

System Center Updates Publisher (SCUP) is integrated with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager  (SCCM ) to deploy Dell updates. The updates are being correctly deployed to the target machines.  However, the Dell BIOS updates are failing to install because the deployment times-out waiting for a BIOS-level password.  I have the password, and I can install the BIOS update manually from the client's SCCM cache folder if I enter the password manually when I'm prompted.  I haven't found a way to run it silently.

How do I include the BIOS password when I deploy a Dell BIOS update via SCUP?

Same here!!  My Dell computers all have a BIOS password and I can't roll out the updates using SCCM/SCUP.

I too would also like to know a solution to this. You would think this would be built in to SCCM but I haven't been able to locate anything that would allow me to input a password for a BIOS update.
