HTTP 500 error on login of OpenManage Server Admin

Getting a 500 Internal Server Error after logging into Server Administrator.  Bottom left frame has a java.lang.NoClassDefFound exception in it as well.  Dell's tech support pretty much told me I was on my own since their technicians don't know OpenManage apps.

Running OpenManage 3.2.0 on a PowerEdge 2650.  Has anyone run into this issue before?  Reinstalling/rebooting is a last-last-last resort option since this is a production box running SQL Server.

Direct access through the server, going through the network, it all craps out the same way.  I've inherited administration of the system, and while users tell me OMSA worked before, they don't know when or what changed since it worked last.  I'd appreciate any help you folks could offer!

I understand that your server is in production, but it sounds like you do not have Java loaded from the error you have received.  Are you able to access the OpenManage Server Administrator application from another location?  To do this, open a browser and type in https://ipaddressofserver:1311.  If that works, check for Java on the server itself.

As always, we recommend that you update your system to the latest possible versions of drivers, firmware and OpenManage applications.  These may be downloaded from http://support.dell.com.
