How to stop Dhcpv6Rly ? High CPU on S4810 FTOS 9.11(2.4)

Hi,

Dhcpv6Rly is consistently taking about 20-30% of management-unit CPU - see below.

How can we disable or turn-off this process?  We don't need a Dhcp v6 Relay.

We have IPv6 addresses on our vlan interfaces, and have a separate server for IPv6 RA, so we have 

 ipv6 nd suppress-ra

configured on the switch (two vlans don't have that - could that some how be turning on the Dhcpv6Rly process?)

Any ideas on how to get this process eliminated and reduce our management-unit CPU?
