I can't logon to OpenManage Server Administrator

After installing the OpenManage software I can not logon to Server Administrator. I have tried unistaling and installin again. Changed passwords and users. This is on Windows 2003 server.
Thanks

Try this:

Go into tools - internet options. Click on the security tab, then the local intranet icon. Select custom level - scroll down to the bottom of the security settings box to user authentication. Select the "Prompt for user name and password." Apply the changes.

Also, make sure https://localhost:1311 is added to the list of trusted sites.

If this still does not work, see if you can login from a client using https://ipaddress:1311.

Perhaps - Check the "advanced" tab under Tools -> Options ...  We had "Use TLS 1.0" checked, and the browser was dorked up when we tried to browse to HTTPS sites.
