IT Assistant Passwords

Hi.

I recently installed the more recent version of IT Assistant (35 spanish version), and Server Administrator on some servers.

When I try to change any threshold values for temperature, fans or voltage on a system, it asks me for user and password. I have tried root, with passwords i have seen in DELL documentation, but always responds the same:

"Imposible iniciar el sistema especificado" (It's impossible to initiate the specified system).

I have not changed any passwords on any system, so the default passwords should work.

Do someone knows the user and password ?

Am i doing something wrong ?

Thanks.

Most likely your snmp mangement community is configured as read-only on the nodes you are monitoring.
Change the SNMP services properties security setting to read-write on the nodes

I have tested it, and have worked.

Thanks.
