IT assistant (6.4.4) - system configuration options greyed out

I am trying to use the system configuration utility from withing IT assistant to change items like hardisk threshhold, and chasis intrusion.

The problem is i can't change the default values - they are greyed out.This is only the case on server's. I use the root username and the calvin password but this does not give me full control. My domain admin NT username and password cannot log me in either. (But it works in server administrator)

I can change these values within desktops, on both DMI and CIM instramented machines.

Has anybody else come accross this problem for servers in system configuration.

Any help appreciated.
