OpenManageEssentials alert filtering - ESXi Guest Heartbeats
Hi,
I have configured OME to monitor several ESXi Hosts on Dell R720 servers. It is working OK but I am getting a lot of unwanted "loss of guest heartbeat warnings. I have edited the email alert filter to exclude what I thought were the heatbeat traps but I am still getting them.
Does anyone have any advice on how to configure this properly?

Good afternoon, Gerry.
What version of ESXi are you using on these servers? Also, what is the version of VMWare tools that are running?

ESX 5.0U1 with the VMtools in that release. I think I have resolved it now. There are 2 HB traps that have to be filtered out and I only checked 1
