PERC S100 - RAID 5 - 2 TB limit

Is there a way through firmware or setting to expand the 2 TB limit - i have 3 2TB drives i would like to use in Raid 5 - but am unable to create a Virtual Disk beyond 2TB... If not with the PERC S100, does anyone have any recommnedations for SATA Raid card that would support beyond the 4TB limit and would be compatible with the Poweredge t110 - any help would be appreciated.
