PowerShell - Update Dell BIOS without having to update your script!

I recently blogged about a new PowerShell script I wrote that allows you to update BIOS on any Dell supported system without having to constantly change the script to detect specific versions of BIOS. I figured I would post it here since most people looking to automate this process is likely to come here first (like I did).
