Windows OS Installer support pack
I am trying to install Server 2008 R2 x64 on a PE2850. I would like to use the Server Assistant to take care of the pre-install steps. I have downloaded and setup the SBUU on a flash drive and started the process. Now it is asking me to use a Windows OS Installer support pack that I can download off of Dell's site. I can't seem to find it. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I am having this exact same issue but with a PE 2900. I tried the link that you supplied above but it just went to a blank Dell page. I have been trying for some time to find this ISO but have had no luck. It says it should be in the Systems Management area for my server but I don't see anything there by that name. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try looking under the "Secure Systems Management" link on your Drivers & Downloads page. Worked for my 2850. HTH
