can't boot 1150 after repair of power plug

had a prob with my 1150 power plug. disassembled, repaired , reassembled and when i booted up, monitor was dead and only 1 indicator light would flash. can hear hard drive trying to boot but nothing happens. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
