command line setting of BIOS in a Dell C6100

Can anyone recommend a practical method to set BIOS settings from a command line interface for the C6100 cloud server. I have 120 machines which aren't set to PXE boot by default, which must be made to do so. I will have to f12 the first time to force pxe, but once they have booted into a configuration boot image, what can I use to change the BIOS settings. SYSCFG from the dtk (3.5.1) doesn't seem to support the C6100. Has anyone any experience with these machines? Also can anyone tell me what the basic setup is from the factory, in terms of the standard partition and boot sequences.
