dcesm Service failed
Hi,
does anyone know why do I get following error
dcesm service failed to start due to the following error.
The system can not find message for message number 0x%1 in message file for %2.

Hi, we got the same message and we suspect it lead to a system crash.
did you find out what this service is? what it does?

DCESM is a driver installed by the dell system management software to enable communication with the ESM (embedded system management).
If your system has an ERA (Embedded remote access) card then make sure the firmware is up to date (currrently revision 2.51) and also use the latest openmanage system management software (1.50) if applicable to your operating system.
