iDRAC 9 Cert CN not appending DNS domain name
Hi,
When generating a self signed cert on iDRAC 9, the DNS domain name is not appended to the DNS iDRAC Name in the generation of the common name for the cert. We are on the latest BIOS (PowerEdge R640) and iDRAC firmware. This worked correctly on iDRAC 7 & 8.

This may be expected behavior. I'm not sure what exactly is being output versus what you are expecting. Are you saying that it is just populating the iDRAC name without the FQDN, like idrac instead of idrac.domain.com?
I think one of the big changes between iDRAC7/8 and 9 is the addition of the subject alternative name field. We may have changed how information is populated in the common name with the introduction of SAN.
