Hi!
After successfully updating 3 of 4 FC430 iDRACs, i'm having a problem with one of them. I'm doing exactly the same and i'm getting this error message:
Details are:
Any recommendations?
BIOS 2.1.5
iDRAC going from 2.21.21.21 to 2.30.30.30

Hi Cameron!
i did a racadm racreset soft, didn't help. I was worried about losing connectivity by doing a hard reset, because i only have remote access to this system.

I would clear the LC job queue on that system and reboot the iDRAC. Once the drac is back up then try the update again.
