Dell UPS software configuration not seeing USB UPS port
I have installed Dell UPS Management Software on a Windows 2008 R2 server, the ups was working fine on the old server but now it is on the new server it will not connect to the software.
It is connected via USB to the local machine
In the software under System / Auto Search UPS it starts the search "is searching for UPS in local computer"
Then fails with UPS Communication Lost: Check connection and port settings
Any idea on what to try to resolve the issue

Hi,
Which version of the software are you using? Have you tried a different USB port? Which model server is it connected to?
