Axim X51v ActiveSync Error

I recently bought a Dell Axim X51v on Ebay.  It mostly seems to be working fine, but I cannot get Microsoft ActiveSync to access it properly.  It will sync my files, and I can install programs from my desktop, but it always shows a red circle with an exclamation mark in it, and it always gives me this error message:

"The server could not be reached.  This can be caused by temporary network conditions.
Support Code: 80072efd"

My Pocket PC says the Support Code is 0x85020006

I am using Microsoft ActiveSync Version 4.5.0 (Build 5096)

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
