DVP - trouble getting live package promotional stuff
I bought the Dell Venue Pro under a month ago and dell had this live package deal going:
I have a 32GB version on AT&T and was recently mailed a 4000points card, however the other 4000 points and subscriptions are missing. I tried calling customer support, who is totally clue less and kept transfering me around departments after 6 transfers between CS and Mobility I gave up. Filed a missing item report on dell.com, that got closed and they told me to call customer support again. So I am not having much luck getting this resolved...any ideas ?...should I return the device and try to buy another one or something ?
