Dell Streak 5 European Version, Android 2.2.2 WiFi Channels 12,13 not visible ?
Hello,
I recently purchased (in EU) an European unlocked (usable with all operators) version of Dell Streak 5 inch.
It came with Android 1.6 and automatically upgraded to Android 2.2.2
I seem to have a problem with WiFi, my device not being able to use channels 12 and 13 allowed in Europe.
WiFI channels 1..11 work fine. I was not able to find any setting to change the regulatory domain and allow the use in full compliance of the WiFi European band (channels 1..13).
Is it only me having this problem ? What would be a possible way to fix this ?

Wifi channels 12 & 13 available in Europe seem to be not working on Dell Streak 5 EU version.
One month waiting
No answer
No updates
No comment ?

I'm having the same problem with a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop. It does not connect if I set my access point to channel 13. The country is set to "Netherlands". This is a European country so channels 1-11 should be allowed.
