Dell Streak 7 question
Nothing in the manual and I can't find the answer by searching. The top of the screen has the rear camera lense and mic. So what's the third hole for? I still have the OEM screen protector on it and third hole from the left is cut out of the protector. I just got a Zagg protector today and it also had three cut outs.
Sorry to hear that Dell has discontinued it because I rather like my first Android tablet.

I could be wrong, but I believe it is for the light sensor, i.e. when you set the screen brightness to auto, the light sensor detect the brightness of the light in your room and adjust the screen brightness accordingly.

I believe you are correct. I enabled the auto adjust, blocked the light to that area and the screen changed a bit.

Heh heh heh, now that you mentioned it, I remember doing the same thing quite some time ago to test it out.
