Dell Streak reset problem

I bought this tablet on Ebay Australia on the 11/11, install a fews applications and sudden decided to reverse to factory condition.

What I did was to held upper and lower volume button while turning it on and chose factory reset. And it locked me on the logo screen. 

I reset it twice, and waited for one hour in case it might require more time to totally reset the memory.

I end up contacted Dell for technical support and been forward to Optus Australia for further service. Optus refused to handle my case because I am not their existing customer. 

What should I do?
