Dell Streak7 can not encode Arabic text in browser?!?

I live in the Middle East; and all websites including Google, Yahoo,,, ID my IP then send me to their Arabic website rather than their original pages,,,

the problem is that I bought my Dell Streak from the US and it wont recognize and encode the Arabic text; thus the pages come up unclear and can not read the characters, can somebody help with how to add Arabic encoding to the browser (or) make the whole device bilingual Arabic/English???
