Dell Venue 11 5130 battery discharging with AC on
Hello
I got issue that never happened before. My Dell 11 Venue pro 5130 is discharging with ac adapter plugged in. when turned off it with ac plugged in it charges superslow like 50 percent over 8 hours.
All latest chipset and bios versions installed, original adapter and cable are plugged into wall outlet, screenshot from epsa attached.
Can you kindly provide any suggestions? It is my only device and I am moving overseas soon

I am having the same problem with my venue. i can't get it to charge at all now. i am not sure if it the charging port or the battery! any answers to this post would be helpful!!

I suspect you either have a cable or AC adapter issue. Contact support to troubleshoot and obtain a replacement under warranty.

Both ac and cable are tested and work perfectly well.
can you kindly advise me with the way of contacting support over email or forum?
i am not able to call us number. After entering my smart tag on dell support site it shows there is no warranty, however it is wrong. by some reasons smart tag also tells that have 7130 and i have 5130
