Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 processor overheats

I have Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140.
I read somewhere that the voltage on the processor should be 0.6 volts.
The processor is powered over one volt and therefore it heats up to 80-90 degrees Celsius.
Is this normal for this device?
