Dell Venue 11 Pro, will not start.....
Been charging all day, had half a charge when screen went black and it shut down. Will not restart nor charge, just a black screen. Do not know what to try...unit is not even a year old but problems galore, get no where with Dell. Regrets for sure.....any suggestions?

held volume up and power button at same time, it put tablet into diagnostic test mode.....fingers crossed that I will be up and running!!
