Dell Venue 11 vPro 7130 TPM Turning Off

Hello,

We have a large number of Dell Venue 11 Pro devices that we use BitLocker with. Every now and again a random one of these tablets will turn off the TPM setting in the BIOS setup.

Our setup is protected by a password and isn't being altered by anyone.

This event doesn't appear to have been triggered by anything that I have yet noticed and no other BIOS setting is affected. There doesn't appear to be any event log for when it turns off.

Does anyone know of any reason why the TPM setting would just deactivate and disable at all? I can't seem to find anyone else having this issue.

This continues to occur on a random basis with the A13 BIOS update.
