Dell Venue 7 bluetooth handset connection problem

Hi! I have venue 7 3730. Android 4.3 (1.25)

There is a problem with the connection blutuz headset plantronics ml18. Tablet with a headset is connected , but the connection icon is gray and no sound .

I tested the headset with your other tablets , it works .

This problem is not only mine, other people also have this problem .

What do we do ?
