Dell XPS 10 Won't Power On

When I plug my Dell XPS 10 tablet into the AC adapter the white LED light will come on for about 10-15 seconds and then go off. When I push the power button nothing happens, the backlight doesn't even come on. I took the back plate off and unplugged the battery connector and then reconnected it. I then plugged the tablet back into the AC adapter which again the white LED light came on for about 10-15 seconds and then turned off. I didn't touch the power button after that, I just let the tablet sit and charge over night (12 hours or so). When I went to power the tablet on the next morning still nothing happened. PLEASE HELP!!
