Getting Problem with my new Dell Xcd35 Mobile

Hi 

I bought 2 dell xcd35 mobile only two month back. its look awesome but now days am getting some technical problem with my cell it wont charge and its never switch on without plugging. i had compliant many time but no response. please give me an idea where to go what to do if u don't want to loose your valuable customer.
