Help xps 10 tablet

I was so excited to order a tablet it was the first one I would ever have. I have some laptops and a computer from dell so I figured I would be ok. It was easy to figure out but when I got it after an hour on it I went to turn it off and it gave me an error code and said it needed to restart. Sadly it has restarted acouple times since then. Also what is making me upset is that it runs really slow. It's like a delay and I can't say it's my Internet because my phone isn't slow, my laptop which is older isn't slow. I just don't know what to do.
