Issues with Dell streak

Hi ,

I purchased an unlocked Dell Streak in India in Dec 10. have got the Froyo update. Having following issues with the Phone

- The Streak shows us as disconnected when connected to the Dell PC suite 

- Have 3G services from vodafone. Not sure how the Streak is  to be configured on 3G

- How do we activate enterprise services on the Streak

 

Can someone help me with this
