Looking for OEM registry info backup of Venue 11 7130

Hello,

I'm an happy owner of a Venue 11 Pro (7130), and recently I reinstalled my OS. I sadly discovered that OEM info (what is this?) has been lost doing it and I would appreciate very much if someone of you who still has this info could share that with me, so I can restore missing OEM registry keys and logo.

If you would like to help me, just use some of free tools available to backup those info or do a registry backup of the relevant keys and the logo file.
