Old Android Market App on Dell Streak 7 Honeycomb (3.2)

I was able to update my Streak 7 to Honeycomb 3.2, but still have the old Android Market app with no music or movies.  Dell says that its up to Google to update; Android Market says it's up to Dell.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get the latest version of Android Market?
