So disappointed

I was really looking forward to getting my new Venue 8 pro.  When it finely came, I turned it on with a bright screen.  After the Venue was finished with the setup, it went dim.  I went to brighten up the screen and it was on full brightness.  Also, I noticed the text was way too small, I went to the control panel to fix both of these issues, and it a warning came up saying 'can't be changed'. 

I am going to be returning this item even if the issues can be fixed talking to dell customer service, I just don't like it anyway.:emotion-6:
