Streak 7 upgrde for Honeycomb ???
I bought a Dell Streak 7 4G/WiFi Android Tablet Unlocked GSM Worldwide - US Warranty - Good for T-Mobile AT&T and any other GSM Carrier in Amazon.com and I want to know if can I upgrade it to Honeycomb 3.2 and how it (I did not receive the message for upgrade) . It is not a T-Mobile model.

Make sure your Streak 7 can access the Internet and that the signal is strong.
On your tablet, go to Menu > Settings > About > System updates.

There is a special unofficial honeycomb upgrade package made for the T-Mobile ds7. Read this post.

I tried it but the message was "No software updates available at this time".
I tried to talk with Dell´s suport but they said that my model is T-Mobile. But I saw that T-Mobile device´s model have a T-Mobile logo in front of the tablet, near Dell´s logo and my tablet does not have it. Other thing is that in Dell´s Streak 7 site they said that unlocked models woud be upgradeble.
