USB Driver for XCD driver for android development

Hi, 

I bought XCD35 for android application development, and the set up requires a USB driver. But there is no USB driver for Dell XCD35 phone in this link for DELL.   http://developer.android.com/sdk/oem-usb.html. Where can i find the USB driver for Android application development and i can use the phone as a testing device.
