Unable to recovery Venue 11 Pro i5

I have tried to recover my Venue couple days now. After couple of halt, stuck and reboot issues device just stop booting. When I try to boot it I'll end up on blank screen. Windows has tried couple times to fix itself but it also always ends up on blank screen.

Now I can't get it boot on recovery either. Not one on USB-stick nor inside SSD. When I boot recovery either SSD or USB I can see loading files bar twice then device reboots and after that black screen. From SSD I get Dell logo and "preparing automatic repair" but end up blank screen.  Back light is every time still on so it's somehow stuck. I have remade USB recovery many times with our other Venue 11 Pro which is i3 and still have the original I made with this i5. Recovery should be same on both. Is there anything I can try before sending this back to Dell?

Bios diagnostic is all ok. It may be something SSD related or display issue maybe.
