Venue 10 pro 5055 no usb boot

I have a venue 5055 that i recently installed a new motherboard in. it wont usb boot or boot from sd. i tried win10 and ubuntu with no luck. It detects the drive in add boot option but when i add it and try to boot it wont let me. My drives have gpt with uefi-csm support and were created with rufus.
