Venue 11 pro mobile keyboard 'fn' not working
Hi,
I have a problem with my mobile keyboard - it doesn't make sense if I press F1-F12 and arrow keys with 'fn' or without 'fn' (it is always like without fn).
It doesn't not work in BIOS too, so it cannot be OS problem.
Could it be caused by some BIOS or firmware update?

This could be a hardware issues .
Kindly private message the service tag to the system so that we can check if the system is in warranty .

Thank you for reply, I'd already contacted support and got a new keyboard.
