Venue 7840 and Netflix downloading
So, Netflix announced the ability to download content to your tablets today.
I am not seeing that on the Venue. Is anyone else? trying to figure out if it is supported.

just spoke to netflix, the venue are on the not currently compatible list. I believe it has to do with the intel processor or some casting software interference.

I have several android devices and netflix is allowing them to download. However my venue 8, 7840 is not allowing it to download. Seems some conflict with the dell casting software.

Thanks for the info. Not likely to change since Dell won't update these devices (?) And I don't see why Netflix would make the effort to fix it. Back to Plex Pass and 'other' sources of content. :)

I have Netflix on my Venue 3830 & it performs without any problems.
