Venue 8 pro Camera issues

Hi,

I got my Venue 8 pro 1 month ago and I found something weird of my back camera. It cannot auto-focus or touch-and-focus. When I touch on the screen, a little box appears just like normal cameras but the image does not have any change, still out of focus.

Also, I found there is a very large probability that when I turn on my camera app (Microsoft's original one) and if the camera initialized is the rear one, than I will got a blue screen showed something (I can't remember) less or equal something...

Are these issues caused by hardware's or driver's problem?
