Venue Pro 11 5130 Screen Resolution

Hey guys! 

I bought a refurbished Venue Pro 11 5130 32GB and it turned up today. It's not showing as having full HD resolution; the highest it goes is 1366x768. This shows in the BIOS, too. The screen is the LGD0423, but in the hardware manager it says "generic PnP monitor". Any help would be appreciated please!
