The Dell Streak 5 LCD can be purchased online. However call Dell Streak Mobility support and see what are the options available. Call: 1-800-308-3355 (US customers)
The price differs in each website. Check all the below given links and choose what suits you best:

I hope you should be able to buy and replace the broken LCD at any of these links.
