WiFi stability issue with Dell Venue 11 pro 7130 MS (remains connected but stops sending or receiving data for around 30 seconds), Windows 10
I am currently experiencing a rather strange issue with the Dell Venue 11 pro 7130 MS, which uses the Dell Wireless 1537 WiFi adapter (WiFi chipset is made by QUalcomm Atheros).
While it can connect to access points reliably, regardless of the AP (I tried a Netgear R7800, tp-link AD7200, Netgear R7000, and Linksys WRT1900ACS.
Basically, it will connect just fine, and offer the performance expected of an N300 connection, but once in a while, without disconnecting, it will suddenly stop sending or receiving data for around 30 seconds, then continue working normally again. If the WiFI icon is clicked while this issue is happening, it will then give a status of No Internet, Connected. During this time, other devices on the same AP are functioning normally. A throughput test can even take place and not get interrupted between other devices while the Venue 11 Pro 7130 MS is experiencing this issue.
The driver version is 3.7.2.59652
OS: Windows 10 home 64 bit. (up to date, OS Version 10.0.15063.138 (Win10 RS2)
BIOS: A21
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Also does it happen more often for you if downloading files from a samba share?

Sadly the drivers provided on link, are for windows 8.1 and does not work properly on windows 10, it basically makes the issue worse, where any attempt to download more than a few KB of data, causes the WiFi status to change to No Internet, Connected.
With the ones on the download page for the tablet, for windows 10, the issue happens less frequently, but still happens when downloading data., beyond that, under both drivers, for the time when it is able to transfer data, it is able to achieve a real world throughput of about 130Mbps.

I wanted to include image that can better show the behavior, in this test, I started a download from the a wired endpoint, to the venue 11 pro.
It will begin transferring data consistently with no problem, and then at a random time, it will suddenly stop sending data.

Sorry for the late reply, I was unable to get any other drivers working. I ended up purchasing a replacement WiFi adapter (Intel 7265). So far, everything is working fine with it.
It seems that the outdated Dell wireless 1537 are just unstable with an up to date copy of windows 10.
