My active stylus tip keeps falling out now I lost it. Does everybodys tip fall oput or is it just me.

I received a stylus with the tip falling out as well. I've read one other account on the web. Lost my tip too.
I contacted Dell, returned the old one, and received a new one. This one seems to be better.

they are sending me a new one hope it works better.
