stuck on dell logo when running the latest update in amyb's faq
I downloaded and am attempting to update my dell and it is hung at the dell splash screen.

Same problem here PEN25.
I managed to upload and install the software upgrade but then when battery died was unable to open phone from that point.
Taking phone into shop today to see if they can help, will feedback then.
